How does Covet Club work for Conscious Collective (“CC”) Clients?

Covet Club is our paid membership program. Members receive the following benefits as part of their membership:

  • 10% off all CC Vendor products and further preferred volume discounts 
  • Free shipping on local Vendor products
  • Designated Account Manager
  • Full details on vendor products
  • Private and secure ordering and tracking portal for YOUR inventory and shipping on demand.
  • Exclusive, early access to new Vendor arrivals on the site.

Where is Covet Club available, and how can I join?

Covet Club is available to Canadian Clients, and majority of US clients except for those based in Alaska and Hawaii.

How much does Covet Club cost?

The Covet Club membership fee is currently CAD$25 per month or $250 per year and will be charged to the payment method you selected when signing up. The monthly membership fee helps ensure we can continue providing you exclusive benefits to maximize your savings when you shop on CC.

How do I find Vendors with Covet Club free shipping on CC?

To find Vendors and products that offer Covet Club free shipping check if their ship from location is in your ship to Province or State.

Who funds the Covet Club free shipping I get with Vendors?

CC typically pays for all of the shipping costs on Covet Club eligible orders to help you get the best value on your orders. For some orders where shipping is more expensive, Vendors may split the shipping cost with CC to help you get free shipping. Please note that Vendors do not choose which Clients are eligible to receive free shipping on their Vendor when they opt into splitting the cost with CC.

How does billing work?

You will be billed for Covet Club every 30 days (or every year if you chose the discounted annual subscription) from the date you first enroll. This payment will be charged using your default method of payment on CC.

If you’d like to view any past payments you have made for your Covet Club membership, you can do so through your profile Membership tab.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes! If you'd like to pause your membership, you can click on Cancel Membership, and then opt to pause your membership instead. If you click Pause My Membership, you can select how long you want to pause your membership for. Your membership pause will start on your next billing date.

If you choose to resume your paused membership, you can click on Resume Covet Club Membership on your Covet Club tab. This will show your monthly payment and card that is going to be charged again.

Once you resume your membership, you will be charged automatically on the exact day they resume it and then every 30 days (or annually) from the resume date.

Can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel before your trial ends to avoid incurring any charges. There is also no commitment to the program once your free trial is up so you can choose to cancel at any time during the duration of your membership without penalty.

If you decide to cancel your Covet Club membership before your next billing date, your membership will end at the end of that current billing cycle. For example, if your membership is scheduled to renew on June 30th, but you cancel it on June 15th, your membership will end on June 30th. You will have access to your Covet Club benefits up until that date.

Once you cancel your membership your benefits will last until the end of your billing cycle.
