By participating in Conscious Collective’s (“CC”) paid membership program for Clients, as further described below (“Covet Club”), you are agreeing to these CC Covet Club Terms & Conditions (“Covet Club Terms”). In addition to these Covet Club Terms, your participation in Covet Club is subject to the CC Client Terms of Service and the CC Privacy Policy . The terms “you” and “your” refer to the participating Covet Club Member (defined below). Capitalized terms not defined in these CC Covet Club Terms have the meanings given in the CC Client Terms of Service.


Covet Club
Through Covet Club, CC offers Clients to purchase a paid membership (“Covet Club Membership”) which provides eligible Clients access to certain features and programs on the Services not offered to the public. Clients who enroll and purchase a Covet Club Membership are called “Covet Club Members.” 

Program Features
By enrolling in Covet Club, Covet Club Members receive 

(i) 10% off all CC Vendor products and further preferred volume discounts 

(ii) free shipping on local Vendors, (as further described below)

(iii) full details on Vendor products 

(iv) a designated account manager 

(v) early access to new Vendors and their products 

(vi) private and secure ordering and tracking portal for YOUR inventory

(vii) other features that may be offered by CC from time to time. 

Without limiting any other terms of these Covet Club Terms, the features of Covet Club may be modified or amended from time to time, in CC’s sole discretion.

Free Shipping from Local Vendors. Local Vendor products are defined as shipping within the same Province or State. CC may need to increase the order minimum for some Vendors (i.e., above the Vendor Order Minimum) to allow for those Vendors to be part of your Covet Club Membership and eligible for free shipping, but it is rare. CC does not guarantee that any specific Vendor or product will be included as part of your Covet Club Membership as covered by free shipping, for any specific period of time.

Not all Orders Eligible. Not all orders from, or products made by, one of your Covet Club designated Vendors will be eligible for free shipping. Examples when Covet Club free shipping does not apply include:

  • The products are part of CC’s “Sale Collections” inventory; and
  • If your order does not meet the applicable order minimum, whether it is the Vendor Order Minimum or an order minimum set by CC as described above.
  • If your shipping destination is outside of continental Canada and the U.S.

Covet Club members are not entitled to receive retroactive reimbursement for shipping costs.

Covet Club Memberships

  1. General. When you purchase an Covet Club Membership, you expressly authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge you the cost of the Covet Club Membership, plus any applicable taxes and other charges (the “Membership Fee”) and to provide your payment information to third parties so we can complete your transaction. By initiating a transaction, you agree to the pricing, payment and billing policies applicable to such fees and charges, as posted or otherwise communicated to you. All payments for your Covet Club Membership are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as expressly provided in these Terms. All fees and applicable taxes, if any, are payable in Canadian dollars. We will charge your default payment method on file in your Client Account. If it fails, we reserve the right to charge any other payment method you have included in your Client Account.

  2. Enrollment. When you choose to affirmatively sign up for a Covet Club Membership, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be charged the Membership Fee at the beginning of your Covet Club Membership and at the start of every thirty (30) day period (or annual period) thereafter at the then-current Membership Fee until canceled in accordance with the instructions for cancellation below. The Membership Fee will be charged to your payment method as stated above. You acknowledge that the timing of when you are billed may vary due to free trials and other promotional offers, or changes in your subscription or payment method. To see your next recurring billing date, log in to your Client Account and view your account details. We may also offer you the ability to pause your Covet Club Membership for a specified period of time. If you do not cancel before the end of the pause period, billing will resume automatically.

    Membership is active as soon as a Covet Club Member enrolls. However, benefits cannot be applied retroactively. The Membership Fee and any orders you purchase are accounted separately. That means that the Membership Fee does not impact any limits applicable to the net terms that may be made available to you by CC. In addition, because the accounts are separate, you may not apply any credits to your Client Account towards payment of your Membership Fee.
  1. Promotional Offers. When you first enroll in Covet Club, we may offer a free trial. Availability of a free trial is not guaranteed and, if available, a free trial is only available to new Covet Club Members enrolling in Covet Club for the first time and on any other specified terms. Certain limitations may also apply with respect to combining free trials with any other offers. Your first Membership Fee will be charged to your payment method immediately following the end of the free trial, and such charges will continue every thirty (30) day period thereafter, unless canceled in accordance with the instructions for cancellation below. CC may also offer, in its sole discretion, promotions (e.g., a promotional price, or bundled offer) subject to promotional terms disclosed during your enrollment or in other materials provided to you. CC will begin charging your payment method for your Covet Club Membership at the then-current, non-promotional price after your promotion ends unless you cancel prior to the end of your promotion or unless otherwise disclosed. CC reserves the right to modify or terminate any particular promotional offer at any time, in CC’s sole discretion.

  2. Cancellation: No Refunds. You can always cancel your Covet Club Membership, at any time prior to the end of the current billing period, free trial or promotion. To cancel your Covet Club Membership and avoid incurring charges for the next given period, you must notify us of your cancellation before we charge your payment method. You can cancel your Covet Club Membership at any time by contacting us by clicking here. You can also cancel your Covet Club Membership through your Client Account settings. If you cancel your Covet Club Membership, you may use your membership until the end of the then-current billing period, and it will not be renewed once it expires. If you cancel your Covet Club Membership, you will not be eligible for a pro-rated refund of the Membership Fee paid for the then-current billing period, but the program features part of your Covet Club Membership will continue through the end of your current billing period, unless you are enrolled through a free trial, promotional code or other credit, in which case cancellation may be effective immediately. If your Account is terminated by you or CC for any reason, you will not be eligible for a pro-rated refund of the Membership Fee paid for the then-current billing period.

  3. Suspension; Termination. CC reserves the right to remove you from Covet Club and otherwise suspend or terminate your Covet Club Membership in the event you become ineligible, including due to late payments, high rates of return and other factors, as reasonably determined by CC in its sole discretion. CC also reserves the right to modify or cancel Covet Club or modify these Covet Club Terms, at any time in its sole discretion, without advance notice. With any cancellation or discontinuation of Covet Club all benefits will cease, subject to CC’s sole discretion.
