There will be sweat, stretch, laughter, flow, and team inspired learning and sharing, fostering connectivity, recognition, and compassion. 

Cognitive patterning and physical flow evolve into a pumped up dance jam. 

It's the best time to align and open our hearts and our minds, our ears and our eyes, to find joy and connectivity in what is grounded, compassionate, and authentic.
