Guidelines for Feature Images

Your brand's feature image serves as the primary visual representation of your brand across our platform. Our design team will assess and approve your feature image upon your enrollment with Conscious Collective ("CC").

How is the feature image utilized?

This image plays a crucial role in various areas, including the marketplace and CC marketing emails. It serves as the initial point of contact for Clients, making it imperative to select a captivating lifestyle image that entices Clients to explore your products further.

Feature image specifications

Your brand's feature image should adhere to the following criteria:

  • High quality (minimum 500 x 500 pixels)
  • Singular image, not a composite of multiple images
  • Exclusion of any text, watermarks, or logos

We suggest opting for a high-resolution lifestyle image showcasing your top-selling product(s) in use. For instance, a cheese knife alongside cheese and grapes on a cutting board. It's advisable to maintain simplicity, avoiding excessive patterns or distractions in the feature image.

Choosing an exemplary feature image

To captivate potential Clients effectively, here are key tips and guidelines for selecting an engaging feature image:

  1. Ensure your product is the focal point of the image.

2. Avoid distorting the image to fit a square; instead, crop it appropriately.

3. Crop the image to a square format, filling a 1:1 ratio.

4. Omit overlaid text or logos.

5. Steer clear of collages and opt for simplicity.

Interested in updating your feature image?

Should you wish to request a new feature image, you can conveniently do so within your portal. All feature image submissions undergo approval by our design team, with a review period of 5-7 business days for new image requests. Any submissions not aligning with our stipulated guidelines will be rejected and returned for revision.
